Our aim is to provide as transparent a pricing structure as possible. To help you plan your budget, we have listed the prices for standard document translation below.
Turnaround Times
Our aim is to translate, proofread and certify your translation by a NAATI certified translator as quickly as possible. For all standard documents listed in the table below, the turnaround time is 2-3 days.
If you need your standard documents translated in less than three days, then we have an express service with additional 50% surcharge.
For all non-standard documents, we will be able to advise the turnaround time once we’ve had a chance to review your documents.
Multiple Documents?
As we understand that sometimes you have many documents or pages that need to be translated at once, we are happy to offer a discount on bulk translations. Our discounts are as follows:
- For three or more standard documents/pages – 10% off
- For five or more standard documents/pages – 20% off
For longer non-standard documents, such as brochures or books, please be in touch and we can advise on a per word rate for the entire document.
Need your translations posted?
Although our standard delivery for most documents is via email in soft copy, we know that sometimes you just need a hard copy and fast! As such, we are happy to post your documents along with a soft copy via email. The additional cost for postage of all your documents to anywhere in Australia is as per the below:
- Express Post – $15
- Regular Post – $10
For customers based outside of Australia, the delivery times and cost of this service can be provided on demand.
All customers will be provided a tracking number for their order at the time of postage.
DFAT Translations? No problem!
Did you know that there are special requirements for translations requiring DFAT acceptance? Thankfully all of our translations are compliant with the latest NAATI guidance here on how to certify documents for DFAT purposes.
